A: The OTOFIX IM1 hardware supports the CAN FD & DoIP protocol and can diagnose vehicle models using the new protocol.

Q: How to register a device? What should I do if I cannot receive the verification code for activation?
A: Please register an Autel ID by accessing www.autel.com through a computer or mobile browser. Please use email to receive the verification code and do not attempt to use SMS. After successful registration, you can activate it by logging in on the device side.

Q: Does the IM1 support the diagnostic function? Is it free?
A: Yes, the IM1 supports diagnostic functions, and it is completely free. There are no hidden fees for using this feature.

Q: IM1 vs IM508S, are they the same?
